A great snack for in between meals, between game play, after a run with smoothie or to take on a hike.

INGREDIENTS

Makes about 20 bites.

1 cup oatmeal

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup nut or seed butter  (or “no nut” butter)

½ cup ground flaxseed

¼ cup hemp hearts

1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)

1 tsp vanilla

dIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. Form into ping-pong sized balls and enjoy. Can be stored in freezer.
