1 cup onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1/3 cup masala or curry paste
1 can chickpeas, drained
250 ml canned diced tomatoes
500 ml plain Greek yogurt
½ cup fresh cilantro
