A light tasting glaze that pairs well with salmon.
4 x 180 g salmon fillets, skin on (or ~ 600 g salmon fillet)
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
Salt
Ground black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
Optional:
1 tbsp butter in glaze
Splash of tequila in glaze
