Hi, I’m Carrie! I’m the founder and principal dietitian here at Score Nutrition.
As a runner myself, I understand that athletes have unique health-related concerns. Not only have I optimized my own sports performance through nutrition, but I’ve also worked with top athletes and members of the Canadian Olympic team.

Her life-long personal involvement in sports and fitness, which includes raising two children in competitive sports, has given Carrie a unique perspective. Her experience and education not only helps athletes, but also the parents of athletes, maximize sports performance. Carrie also takes a lot of pride in working with students and teams to provide fun and interactive group nutrition education.
